Managing priorities

Tracker lists stories in a project’s Current and Backlog panels in priority order. Dragging a story to the top of your Backlog makes it the top priority (after the stories already in the Current iteration). You can change the priority of a story in the Current panel that is not yet accepted by dragging it within the Current panel. You can also change the priority of a story using the keyboard . Unstarted stories cannot be dragged above started stories, as it’s assumed that the most important stories are already being worked on. Drag stories from the Icebox to the desired location in the Backlog to prioritize them.

Accepted stories are displayed according to the date they were accepted. If you need to change the order of an accepted story, you can expand the story and click on the calendar icon to change the accepted date. Also, accepted stories remain in the iteration they were accepted in, and only move to the Done panel when that iteration is complete.

You can choose from a variety of ways to make priorities visible in Tracker. If you need to move many stories around in your Backlog or Icebox, adidas Gazelle Trainers Yellow Jaune 6KOsfmL
the panel to more easily drag them to a new position helps. Selecting multiple stories for dragging to a new location, or for updating via the EKS Womens Zesvi Pointed Peep Toe Wedding Thin High Heels Dress Classic Short Boots Greysuede 9fxeOIgCcy
menu, can also save you time.

Stories within an Epic Stories panel are also listed in priority order. You can prioritize stories within an epic by dragging them directly within the Epic Stories panel, up into the Backlog section or down into the Icebox section. When you add a story to an epic by dragging it to the Epic Stories panel, you can drop it in the location you want to reflect its priority.

Note :

Tracker automatically moves stories from the top of your project’s Backlog into the current iteration according to the current 1TO9 Girls LowCut Uppers PennyLoafer Silver Soft Material Sandals 8 BM US 73AjkqH
. Although you won’t be able to drag and drop more stories into Current (you cannot drag more story points into Current that your velocity is currently worth), you can click Start on any story in the Backlog and it will automatically move to Current.

As your iterations progress and your stories move from the Backlog to Current , you will see the planned iterations in your Backlog respond accordingly based on the total points planned compared to your current velocity. For example, if you have 40 points’ worth of stories planned in your Backlog and your project velocity is currently 8, Tracker will plan these out over five iterations of about 8 points each (depending on the individual Kaloosh Womens Pointed Toe Block Heel Drawstring Block Nubuck Leather Ankle Boots Gray HEA27yDCDK
). As you drag estimated stories to change priority order within the backlog, Tracker will update which stories are in each iteration to reflect the current velocity. Tracker will create new iterations as needed to accommodate newly estimated stories or updates to current story estimates. Going back to our example where your project velocity is 8, if you drag a 5-point story from the Icebox to the top of your Backlog, Tracker will move the stories that no longer fit in that iteration down to the next one, and reorganize future iterations accordingly.

The Homemaker Throw is the perfect feminine accessory for any couch that needs some snuggles.

Made in soft blush gingham, this blanket is subtly retro with modern faux-knit stitching. Homemakers fill their houses with love and warmth, and this Homemaker Throw is no different!

MY LATEST VIDEOS

I was inspired by a knit blanket I found originally on Martha Stewart’s website many years ago, you can still find that one if you love to knit. I made mine with similar construction, a series of strips sewn together to make a plaid gingham pattern.

This way, you don’t have to carry yarn and hide it under each individual stitch as with many other gingham patterns. It conserves a lot of yarn and gives a cleaner look overall!

I hope you love this blushy gingham Homemaker Throw as much as I do, it was so easy to make with just one repeating stitch for the entire blanket. That makes it the perfect mindless project for making while you catch up on the latest episodes of This Is Us (priorities, am I right?). Also for any This Is Us fans, I almost named this one the Rebecca Pearson throw… because she is just everything and I’m pretty sure she would squeal with me over this throw.

The special stitch mimics a knitted rib stitch (inspired by one of my Instagram crushes, Pelle Moda Womens Pacific Dress Sandal Black 9 B US QTqPWdefmA
!) and creates a thick, warm blanket without the large gaps that a lot of crochet afghans have. I don’t care for those types of blankets as much because they don’t really keep you super warm – too much space for little tiny breezes to pass through! Not with this blanket – the Homemaker throw will keep you as warm and snuggly as an old-fashioned, cookie-baking Mama.

The video below will teach you everything you need to know to make your strips with our special knit-like stitch, sew up your panels, and add the border. I hope it helps ya!

Background

MPM, a leading silicone producer, had issued substantial debt obligations before filing its chapter 11, including: (i) $500 million in subordinated unsecured notes, issued in 2006 (the “Subordinated Notes”); (ii) $1 billion in “springing” second lien unsecured notes issued in 2010 (the "Second Lien Notes”), secured by second-priority liens junior to pre-existing liens upon the redemption of $118 million in 2009 second lien notes [2] in November 2012; and (iii) $1.1 billion in first-lien secured notes and $250 million in “1.5-lien” secured notes in 2012 (together, the “Senior Lien Notes”). The Senior Lien Notes indentures required a “make-whole” premium in the event they were redeemed prior to October 15, 2015. The indentures also contained an acceleration provision, triggered upon an “Event of Default” such as filing a voluntary bankruptcy, which required the payment of the principal, “premium, if any,” and interest on the Senior Lien Notes. MPM’s Plan presented the Senior Lien Notes holders with a proverbial “death trap” scenario: accept the Plan and get cash immediately in exchange for waiving any make-whole claims, or reject the Plan and receive replacement notes with below-market interest rates (but preserve the make-whole premium argument). The Senior Lien Notes holders chose the latter option and objected to confirmation of the Plan, asserting that MPM owed the make-whole premiums and that the forced acceptance of a below-market interest rate on their replacement notes violated the Bankruptcy Code’s requirement that plans be “fair and equitable.” [4]

The primary issues before the Second Circuit were (i) whether the Senior-Lien Notes holders were entitled to the make-whole’ premium; and (ii) the appropriate interest rate for Senior Lien Notes holders’ replacement notes if issued pursuant to the Plan. The Second Circuit also determined that the Second Lien Notes had priority over the Subordinated Notes and that the appeals were not equitably moot.

Analysis

The first of the two most significant aspects of the Second Circuit’s opinion is the court’s adoption of the Sixth Circuit’s two-step “efficient market” approach for determining cramdown interest rates in a chapter 11, notwithstanding the Supreme Court’s guidance in Till, [5] a consumer bankruptcy. In their confirmation objection, the holders of the Senior Lien Notes asserted that the interest rates on their replacement notes under the Plan failed to meet the “cramdown” standard of Bankruptcy Code section 1129(b)(2)(A)(i)(II), pursuant to which debtors may make “deferred cash payments” to secured creditors so long as the interest rates ensure that secured creditors will receive the full present value of their claims.

The bankruptcy court had utilized the Till formula in determining the appropriate interest rates on the Senior Lien Notes to be 4.1% and 4.85%. In reaching its decision, the bankruptcy court declined to consider evidence offered by the Senior Lien Notes holders that the market rates would actually be in the 5 to 6% range or higher. The evidence supporting these market rates was clear since the Debtors had previously solicited bids on an exit facility in case the Senior Lien Notes holders chose the cash-out option offered under the Plan. The Second Circuit held that failure by the bankruptcy court to consider evidence of market rates was error and adopted a two-step test, which provides that the “market rate” should be utilized in chapter 11 cases in which an “efficient market” exists, [6] but where no such market exists, a court should revert to the Till formula. [7] In its view, this approach appropriately compensates secured creditors for the inherent risks in post-petition/plan-related financing.

Got it!

Description

Stability® will rapidly and safely establish the aquarium biofilter in freshwater and marine systems, thereby preventing the #1 cause of fish death: "new tank syndrome". Stability® is formulated specifically for the aquarium and contains a synergistic blend of aerobic, anaerobic, and facultative bacteria which facilitate the breakdown of waste organics, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. The bacteria employed by Stability® are non-sulfur fixing and will not produce toxic hydrogen sulfide. Stability® is completely harmless to all aquatic organisms as well as aquatic plants, thus there is no danger of over use. Stability® is the culmination of nearly a decade of research and development and represents the current state of the art in natural biological management.

The bacteria used in competing products are inherently unstable. The conditions necessary for their growth and development fall into a very narrow range of temperatures, pH, organic loads, etc. When any of these parameters are not strictly within the proper range, the bacterial culture quickly crashes and dies. Stability® does not contain any of the aforementioned bacteria.

Directions

Shake well before use. Turn off UV/ozone. Use 1capful (5mL) for each 40 L (10 US gallons) on the first day with a new aquarium. Then use 1 capful for each 80 L (20 US gallons) daily for 7 days. Fish and other aquatic species may be introduced at any time as long as dosage is maintained for 7 days. For optimum biofilter performance use 1 capful for each 80 L (20 US gallons) once a month or with each water change and whenever introducing new fish or whenever medicating an aquarium. Product shelf life is 4 years from date of manufacture, see expiration date below.

Stability® should ideally be used in conjunction with biological filtration such as Seachem Matrix™ . For emergency ammonia control, use Seachem AmGuard™ .

A: The UV and/or ozone should be kept off for the 7 days you are dosing if you are cycling or for at least 24 hours if it is for Stability additions of new fish or water changes. The reason both should be turned off is because UV and ozone break down and kill bacteria.

Q: What is a reasonable amount of time to allow the Stability to come out of the spore state and find a home to attach themselves?

A: The bacteria should be able to find a suitable home within 24 hours.

Q: I just finished cycling my new tank, but i made a mistake of introducing many fishes at the same time. i was wondering if i could use Stability to increase the bb's for the increased bioload?

A: Yes, Stability will prove very helpful in removing ammonia and nitrite, including nitrate, as a result of the increased bioload. If your ammonia level is not at zero, a combination of Stability and AmGuard is very useful and great in reducing ammonia toxicity on the bacteria blend as the bacteria consumes the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate in the aquarium

Q: BIO-Spira has to remain refrigerated in order for the bacteria to survive. Why does Stability not need refrigeration? If there's living bacteria in the solution, how do they stay alive for so long? Or is there something else besides bacteria in the product altogether?

A: The bacteria in Stability are alive but not active. They exist in a spore form. They can withstand extreme temperatures and do not require food to survive. When you add them to your aquarium they become active due to dilution.

The bacteria that require refrigeration are active. Refrigerating them slows down their life cycle and they require less food when cold. Because they are active they do require food, and that is packaged with them. They also will not survive extreme heat or cold and will die when they run out of food.

Q: Can Stability be overdosed?

A: It is very hard to overdose Stability. You can really never have too much beneficial bacteria. The worst thing that could happen is a bacterial bloom in the water column, but this is rare and will clear on its own, should it occur.

Q: I have finished the suggested 7-day dosing, however, my tank is still not fully cycled. Why?

A: Since every tank will cycle differently, it is difficult for us to give an exact time frame as to when your tank will be fully cycled. However, generally most tanks are cycled within 4-6 weeks.

Puma Aril Unisex Adults LowTop Sneakers Blue XDrA3vkp

A: Yes, for expedited cycling times, you will want to add a pinch of food daily until you have an ammonia reading. At that point, you can stop adding the food and let the bacteria run its course.
